Verhey allowed me to take lots of swatches of different sizes and styles home, so I could decide exactly what I wanted. They were sensitive about helping me stay within my budget. They let me know when my carpet was back-ordered, but even then, it was completed in a timely way. I LOVE the way it looks. From beginning to end, Verhey was extremely professional. And I'd far rather use a long-established local carpet store than a "big box" one.
